With the cooler weather I keep on baking cakes. This week I found some frozen mangoes in my freezer and decided to bake chunky mango cake in my Zojirushi bread maker.

I used taste of home recipe http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/chunky-fresh-mango-cake and swapped canola oil into butter, used frozen mangoes, and skipped nutmeg.
My recipe:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon baking powde
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
And used a cake function on my Zojirushi bread maker.
Once again bread machine makes baking a breeze: quick, simple and delicious!

Awesome update blessing in sharing this i must a mit i still have not got my bread maker down but hopeful this weekend it were to stand it when not in use as i have a small kitchen
