The holidays is just around the corner and it is indeed a great time to start trying out new and different recipes that could be a big hit for the holiday time.
This time I had some leftovers of brie and cranberries, thus prepared some pretty tasty rolls.

You will need:
- 1/4 of cup cranberry jam
- One wedge of brie cheese (around 10oz)
- 1 potato
- 1 red onion
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp of rosemary
- 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3/4 cup of water
JAM:
To prepare jam I used my Zojirushi bread maker:
- 2 cups of cranberries
- 1 cup of brown sugar
Set machine to jam function.
You can also buy some jam.
DOUGH:
I used my Zojirushi bread maker to mix the dough. This time I have made a simple no yeast dough.
- 2 1/2 cups (350g) plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3/4-1 cup (170-225ml) water
You can also mix the dough by hand or using other type of mixer.
Once the dough is ready, roll it out.
ROLLS
First cut brie, potatoes and onions in thin slices. Season potatoes with a mix of 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of rosemary.
Cut the dough in long strips, put some jam, brie, onions and potatoes. Tighten the bottom of the roll and roll it back.
Bake for 50 min in 375F.

Enjoy!
Lots of interesting flavours in those rolls.
