Cooler evenings are coming even to sunny San Diego. So, it is a perfect time for a warm cake and cup of tea.

I decided to try out apple cake recipe from Zojirushi baking book that comes together with the bread maker.

My modification to the recipe was: no all spices (as I did not have any) and I did not peel the apples. I also mixed apples with cinnamon and sugar before adding it to the dough.

Zojirushi bread maker has a great cake function (as most of the other bread machines). It makes baking cake a breeze: very simple quick and super tasty!
