Apple, cinnamon and cranberry jam in bread machine

Lately I have spotted a blogger challenge: Cape Cod Select Holiday Blogger Recipe Challenge. And thought it would be quite interesting to participate and create some recipes with cranberries.

Thus, the first thing that came in my mind was jam. And to be more precise: apple, cinnamon and cranberry jam. Very festive!

The recipe for this jam is very simple.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of apples
  • 1 cup of Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of grounded cinnamon

Put all the ingredients in bread machine and set it for jam function. This amount of ingredients will yield one jar of jam. Just enough to start feeling the holidays!

      1. Your welcome. I am obsessed with cranberries. Seriously, I have been through 5 bags since the middle of October. I put them in everything.
