It finally happened – I received my new bread maker – Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso BB‑PAC20!!!!
The first impressions:
- The design and build is solid
- It comes with great recipe/instruction book and DVD
- It can make almost any type of bread (white, raisin, artesian, and everything in between), cakes, knead and raise dough, jams
- An option to program in your own knead, rise, and baking times so you can create the loaf of bread/cake of your choice
- Cover-mounted heating coil in this machine allows you to have golden brown crust on every side of the loaf
- Cleanup is very easy
The machine is one of the most expensive on the market. Never the less, it has multiple features and comes closest to making bread loaves look like they were baked at the local bakery.
