It seems that lately I have been experimenting a lot with bread roll ups. The latest bake is pizza roll ups – again very simple and delicious bake.

I made the dough in bread machine, which is again very simple and requires almost no work.
You will need:
- 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tsp of instant yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of brown sugar
- 5 tsp of olive oil
Put everything together in bread machine and set dough function. 1,5 hours later you should have nicely risen dough.

When doubled in size, punch down dough. Roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the pasta sauce (i used tomato basil marinara sauce), place swiss cheese and salami. Role up dough and pinch edge together to seal. Cut into 12 to 15 slices.
Let rise until dough is doubled, about 45 minutes. Bake for about 30 minutes or until nicely browned in preheated 375F oven.

Enjoy!
Mmm. It’s like a pizza cinnamon roll, yum!
