Nothing can be easier than turning stale bread into delicious gourmet croutons for soup and salad toppings. Besides that there are many more ways in using and reusing stale bread. So, before you through away stale and old bread consider this bacon, egg and bread bake.

The recipe is very easy and requires only 4 ingredients. For 6 pieces you will need:
- A couple of slices of bread
- 6 stripes of bacon
- 6 eggs
- Some black pepper
Preparation:
- Take slices of bread and make round bread cuts; places them into muffin baking tray
- Fry bacon in the pan
- Put bacon and eggs into baking tray and add black pepper to your taste
- Bake in 400F preheated oven for 15-18 minutes for soft-cooked yolks, or 20 minutes for hard-cooked
