This time I tried something a lit bit more healthy – multigrain whole wheat bread.

There are quite a few recipes online for this type of bread:

My recipe again is very simple and straight forward:

- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 ½ tsp of instant yeast
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of mix equal parts – cracked wheat, course cornmeal, and any kind of oats
Mix everything together in bread machine and put in the baking form and let it raise for 1 hour in room temperature. Bake in 375F for 45min.

Enjoy!
I’m going to book mark this for later. I’ll just mix everything together in my KitchenAid with the dough hook. Interesting that it has all whole-wheat and no all-purpose flour though.

Thank you! I am sure KitchenAid will do just as good job.
