Yogurt and oat bread

With some leftover and about to expire Greek yogurt in the fridge, I decided to make yogurt and oat bread.

I found this recipe online:

As always made a small adjustment:

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 pack of active yeast
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups of bread flour
  • 3/4 cups of oats

I have used white bread cycle for this recipe.

The bread taste great! Enjoy!

  3. Kristina; I love your blog…………..I’m all about whole grains now and trying them in the bread machine, too. I want to try your oat bread and combine it with Barley Flour. Try some of the recipes on Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods.com, he’s a guru in my book.
