With some leftover and about to expire Greek yogurt in the fridge, I decided to make yogurt and oat bread.
http://www.cookistry.com/2013/03/oat-n-yogurt-bread-machine-loaf.html
As always made a small adjustment:
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 pack of active yeast
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 3 cups of bread flour
- 3/4 cups of oats
I have used white bread cycle for this recipe.
The bread taste great! Enjoy!
Sounds lovely. And healthy too!

Kristina; I love your blog…………..I’m all about whole grains now and trying them in the bread machine, too. I want to try your oat bread and combine it with Barley Flour. Try some of the recipes on Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods.com, he’s a guru in my book.
