More jam means more cakes!
For this recipe I used:
- 1 jar of kiwi (can be any kind of jam for that matter)
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4 tbsp of greek yogurt
- 2 tsp of baking powder
And covered it with crumbled leftovers of the dough.
Finally baked it for 45 min in 350F. Enjoy!
