It is not only bread that we have an excess of in our house, but jam as well. Thus, I am trying to use it in different ways.
For breakfast I bought some cottage cheese and mixed it up with blueberry jam (see the link below of the recipe). I had this quite healthy breakfast with cappuccino. It was lovely!
