Below you will find some dishes that made for dinner. I paired it with the bread I keep on baking:
Tilapia in the oven
All of the ingredients are from Trader Joe’s: fish, olive oil, salad. The recipe is as simple as that:
- Put olive oil in pan, season fish with pepper, salt and squeeze lemon on top
- Bake fish for 15 min in 425F and serve. I prepared salad as well (romaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, feta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper)
Result is quick, healthy dinner!
Chicken in pan
One of dishes that I keep on cooking once a week is chicken breast cooked in pan. It is extremely simple and quick.
All you need is chicken, olive oil, pepper, salt.
And serve it with the salad (romaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, feta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper) and whole wheat bread
